At Corcus Travel Pvt. Ltd., we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below:

1. Cancellation 45 Days or More Before Arrival
   If a booking is cancelled 45 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date in India, a 100% refund of the booking amount will be processed.
   Please note: Bank transaction charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Cancellation Between 30 and 44 Days Before Arrival
   If the booking is cancelled 30 to 44 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Within 30 Days of Arrival
   If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be applicable.

4. Refund Processing Timeline
   All eligible refunds will be processed to the original bank account within 15 to 20 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
